I'm uploading the PNACH of the cheat codes here in case anybody actually will find use for it. Even though it didn't work out, I was able to sate my curiosity. Thank you, Swosho for taking the time to provide this to us.
The codes worked perfectly, but honestly even they couldn't save how bad the game is. After an hour of finally playing through the game, I lost interest. So, I searched high and low, and found some PAR codes which I converted, and then painstakingly converted entry by entry into a PNACH file for PCSX2 (it took a good two hours). I downloaded it here, decided to find cheats (to make it easier to breeze through so I can just get through the stories), and couldn't find any. Seriously one of the worst experiences I've had, and arguably one of Akitoshi Kawazu's biggest failures. I happily picked it up, and then went back to the store two hours later to sell it back (and take the hit). When this game was coming, I preordered it.
